Pricing & Availability

All product prices are inclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the rights to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
 

Order(s) Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will be sent with an e-mail confirming receipt of your order from CopperSpeaks.com. We reserve the rights to decline any order(s). All order(s) are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Pricing & Availability.
 

Order(s) Payment

Payment can be made to CopperSpeaks.com by PayPal when an order is being placed. Order will be dispatched from our warehouse located in China once the payment is confirmed and received.
 

Delivery of Order(s)

We are able to deliver to all ASEAN region countries. If for some reasons we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will fully refund on the payment that has already been made for the order and cancel it after. All order(s) are either shipped with standard free shipping method that comes along with tracking facility or by expedite shipping method. Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak situation all around the globe, the free shipping method would normally take about 10 to 14 working days to reach all ASEAN region destinations. Should one opt for the expedite shipping method, it should take about 2 to 3 working days to reach all ASEAN regions destinations.
Tracking code will be sent out to the respective customer once the order has been dispatched.
 

Cancellation of Order(s) 

Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, New Year...etc., orders are normally dispatched out from our warehouse for delivery on the next working day after the order and payment has been received successfully. However, if you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent out the goods, you must do so by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled, and there will be no charges whatsoever; full refund will be given if payment has been made to us. 
However, should you change your mind and cancel the order AFTER it has been sent out to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard return process which is documented below.

 

Return of Order(s)

Should you find the merchandise(s) received to be damaged or defective, please contact our customer technical support team to assist you with either the troubleshooting of the product or arrange the return of the item. Should a return is required after consulting with our customer support team, we will then advice the customer as to how the retun procedure is going to be. Buyer will be requested to return the goods by traceable Air Mail / Air Parcel method. Buyer is responsible for return good(s) shipping cost. There will be no refund on the cost of returning the good(s). Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment use to place the order within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods & assessment of the returned good(s) conditions.
