Q: How long would the shipping duration be?
A: Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak situation all around the globe, the free shipping method would normally take about 10 to 14 working days to reach all ASEAN region destinations.
 
Q: Is there any quicker way for me to get my order?
A: Yes, we do also offer expedite shipping option for those who need their order(s) to be reaching them much sooner. The expedite shipping charges is at USD30 per shipment, and it should take about 2 to 3 working days to reach all ASEAN regions destinations.
 
Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: After an order is shipped out from our warehouse, a separate email will be sent out to you with tracking code to the package as well as a link to retrieve the tracking information.
 
Q: How soon my order will be processed?
A: After an order is placed and paid, it shall be properly packed and shipped out from our warehouse on the next working day.
 
Q: Where will my order be shipped out from?
A: Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak situation, our local Malaysian warehouse is temporary out of service. All our orders will be handled and shipped out from our warehouse located in China.
