- Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product in its original packaging.
- Include the provided return form.

- Process the exchange or return:

Products at Copper Speaks are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:
- Incorrect print selection for the product.
- Choosing an inappropriate size for personal needs.
- Spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer. (for custom products)
